Group Overview: Founded in October of 1866, our organization is the largest outreach network to family homeless shelters and domestic violence safe houses among all homeless healthcare providers in New York City. Position Details:

  • Main Site: The position is based at our main site located in Long Island City, Queens.
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Responsibilities: As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you will primarily provide outpatient care at our clinic. The role involves seeing a minimum of 15 patients per day.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Patient Population: You will have the opportunity to care for patients of all ages, from newborns through all stages of the life cycle.
  • Certification: Board certification is required, and candidates must have prior experience in pediatric care.
  • Health Requirements: The candidate must be fully COVID vaccinated, have received one booster, and obtain an annual flu shot before starting. We prioritize the health and safety of our staff and patients.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 (Depending on Experience)
  • Healthcare: Medical and Dental coverage
  • Retirement: 403b retirement account with a 4% contribution after one year of employment
  • Professional Development: CME (Continuing Medical Education) time and stipend
  • HIPSA: We are a federally qualified HIPSA (Health Professional Shortage Area) with a HIPSA score of 21.
