Opportunity Healthcare, a leading locums and placement firm, is at the forefront of “Connecting the Best in Healthcare.” We are currently facilitating the search for a dedicated Advanced Practitioner to help a compassionate healthcare facility near El Paso County, TX. 

Your New Role: 

Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) 

Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent 

Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine clinic 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm; two days per week until 7 pm; one Saturday every 7-8 weeks 

Experience: Ideal candidate is a new graduate or has less than 2 years of experience; must have Texas license in process 

Patient Population: Pediatric to Geriatric patients; providing primary care services including diabetes, hypertension management, and pap smears (no OB)

Competitive Edge: Starting salary is $100K first year and $115K second year (non-negotiable); $5,000 sign-on bonus; reimbursement for TX license, DPS, and DEA fees

In this Role: 

As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at our facility in El Paso County, TX, you will play a vital role in providing primary care services to patients across all age groups. Your responsibilities will include managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, performing physical examinations, and conducting routine screenings like pap smears.
