Full time, permanent position.  Schedule is Mon – Fri with no call.  95% of time will be outpatient family practice with 5% limited Nursing home visits. Seeing patients of all ages, provider can expect to help behavioral health patients with primary care needs.  Working with a friendly and caring atmosphere, ideal candidate will be a team player.
