Opportunity Healthcare, a leading locums and placement firm, is at the forefront of “Connecting the Best in Healthcare.” We are currently facilitating the search for a dedicated Advanced Practitioner to help a compassionate healthcare facility near Eddy County, NM. 

Your New Role: 

Position: Outpatient Primary Care NP or PA 

Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent 


40-hour work week 

4×10’s schedule 

No night call or weekends 


Will absolutely consider new graduates 

ACLS/PALS certifications preferred 

Simple procedural skills preferred but not necessary 

Spanish speaking is beneficial but not required 

Patient Population: 

All ages of patients 

Broad scoped family practice with pediatrics, walk-ins, and chronic care management 

20 to 25 patients per day 

Scheduled appointments and walk-ins

Base salary of $115,000 – $130,000 DOE

In this Role: 

The Outpatient Primary Care FNP or PA will provide comprehensive family practice care in a rural clinic setting in Eddy County, NM. The role includes managing a broad scope of family practice, including pediatrics, walk-ins, and chronic care management. The provider will handle both scheduled appointments and walk-ins, rotating with other providers to cover walk-in patients on a given day. The clinic, located next to the ER, ensures integrated and timely care for patients. With a patient load of 20 to 25 per day, the position offers a balanced and rewarding work schedule with no night calls or weekends.
