- Job Incentives: 6 month assignment
- Additional Details: 6 month assignment preferred but 3 months is acceptable
Start as soon as possible (credentialing is approximately 5 weeks)
Covering Bellingham and Ferndale locations
Primary Care Outpatient clinic
36 patient hours per week with 4 administrative hours
Can work 10 hour days or 8 hour days
Schedule could change during assignment depending on patient needs
If working a 10 hour day, the day off may be any day of the week
Once ramped up, 90 patients per week
No Call
Working with Physicians, NP’s and PA’s
MA’s and RN’s
Team environment
Epic EMR
Dragon available for charting
Charting must be completed within 48 hours of patient visit
Annual Flu vaccines required (medical or religious exemption must be submitted upon presentation of candidate not after)
