Opportunity Healthcare, a leading locums and placement firm, is at the forefront of “Connecting the Best in Healthcare.” We are currently facilitating the search for a dedicated Advanced Practitioner to help a compassionate healthcare facility near Middlesex County, MA. 

Your New Role: 

Position: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Outpatient 

Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent 

Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, 40 hours per week 

Experience: Ideal for experienced PMHNP candidates with a strong background in outpatient psychiatric care. Local candidates to the area are preferred. 

Patient Population: Serving a diverse patient population of all ages in an outpatient setting

Licensure and membership fees for 1 professional association, license, and DEA registration covered. 

Sign-on bonus of $5,000 (half on start and half at six months). 

• Incentives: 

Salary range of $150,000 for experienced candidates. 

No production or quality incentive required.

In this Role: 

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at our facility in Middlesex County, MA, you will provide compassionate, culturally competent mental health care to a diverse population. You will work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality outpatient psychiatric services, including evaluating and treating patients with acute and chronic psychiatric conditions. Your role will also involve collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive, integrated care, and contributing to the mission of reducing health disparities and empowering individuals to maximize their overall well-being.
